Shen Yuxian, a member of Communist Party of China, Excellent Private Enterprise Founder and Administrator,

is president of Win Tone Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.

who is a member of Pingding Shan People’s Congress and standing committee, vice president of FBCCI.

In the April of 2011, he was awarded as advanced individual for Henan agriculture.

In the Sep. of 1987, Mr. Shen entered engineering department of Henan Grain University;

In the Aug. of 1991, he gained the offer of Shanghai Grain Machinery Design Institute as an assistant engineer;

In the Jan. of 1994, he worked in Heilongjiang agricultural machinery design institute as general engineer;

In 1995, Win Tone Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established.
